Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for coffee brewing accessories within 15 days of the confirmed delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your accessory item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).

Important Note: All return requests must be formally authorized by Turaco Coffee before the item is shipped back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us at info@turacocoffee.com with the following information:

  1. Your Order Number.
  2. The reason for the return.

We will follow up with specific instructions and the correct return address, which will be the facility designated by our supplier for that specific accessory item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly and efficiently, please email us at info@turacocoffee.com and include:

  • Your Order Number.
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.

We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you at no extra cost, in accordance with our terms.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Perishable Goods: This includes Roasted Coffee Beans and any other food items.
  • Custom or Personalized Items.
  • Sale Items or Gift Cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to handle an exchange is to follow the standard return process for the item you currently have. Once the return is approved, you may then place a separate purchase for the desired item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed, and a credit for the merchandise value will be applied to your original method of payment.

Please allow 10-15 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
