Shipping Coverage

At this time, Turaco Coffee only ships orders within Canada. We currently do not offer shipping to the United States or other international destinations.

Fulfillment Types & Timelines

Turaco Coffee sells two distinct types of products, each with its own fulfillment method and timeline.

1. Roasted Coffee Bean Shipping (Your Inventory)

  • Processing: All roasted coffee bean orders are processed and packed at our Canadian facility within 1-2 business days to ensure maximum freshness.
  • Delivery: Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days once the order has been shipped.
  • Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders containing only coffee beans over $60 CAD (before tax).

2. Coffee Brewing Accessories Shipping (Dropshipped)

  • Processing: Accessories are sent to our global fulfillment partners for processing, which takes 3–7 business days.
  • Delivery: Delivery times vary significantly based on the item and its supplier location. Delivery is estimated between 5 and 20 business days once shipped.
  • Shipping Costs: Standard rates for accessories will be calculated at checkout based on the item's origin and weight.

Important Hybrid Order Notes

  • Separate Packages (Split Fulfillment): If your order contains both Roasted Coffee Beans and Brewing Accessories, they will arrive in separate packages at different times. Your coffee will arrive quickly from our Canadian facility, and your accessories will follow from the supplier.
  • Multiple Accessory Shipments: If you order multiple accessories, they may be sourced from different suppliers and may also arrive in separate packages.

General Shipping Information

  • Tracking: Tracking information will be provided via email once the item has been shipped.
  • Address Accuracy: The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address is entered correctly. If a package is returned to the supplier due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
  • Potential Delays: Shipping times are estimates. Unforeseen circumstances, such as customs clearance delays (for internationally sourced accessories), may cause minor delays. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us.
