Highlands
Spice • Cocoa • Rich, Dark Sweetness
Rising from the rugged slopes of Guatemala’s highlands, Highlands celebrates one of Central America’s most iconic coffee regions. Here, small farms cultivate their crops with remarkable care, drawing on generations of knowledge and the unique character of the volcanic soil beneath them.
This lot delivers the unmistakable depth Guatemala is known for: a rich, layered flavour accented by subtle spice and a warm cocoa finish. It’s a medium-dark, comforting cup that manages to stay balanced and clean, the kind of coffee that feels grounded, dependable, and beautifully crafted.
Brew it as a filter or a bold single-origin espresso. Highlands is a tribute to the farmers who work tirelessly at altitude and to the timeless flavours that have made Guatemalan coffee a favorite around the world.
