Tolima
Orange Zest • Dark Chocolate • Clean & Refined
High in the Andean slopes of Colombia lies Tolima, a region long overshadowed by its famous neighbours, until now. In recent years, a new generation of growers has transformed Tolima into one of the country’s most inspiring coffee origins, driven by a deep commitment to organic farming, careful processing, and small-batch excellence.
We selected this fully washed, sun-dried Arabica for its clarity and elegance, a cup that feels both familiar and unexpectedly refined. Tolima opens with subtle notes of orange zest, followed by a smooth dark-chocolate foundation that lingers with a clean, balanced finish. It shines in pour-over and French press, but stands confidently on its own as a single-origin espresso with character and depth.
Tolima is more than a coffee; it’s a reminder of how intentional farming and mindful processing can elevate a region’s identity. A quiet classic, now part of the Turaco collection.
